1.1 - DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In the event of a defective product, you should contact info@skylineoftheworld.com within 48 hours of receiving the order and send us a clear image of the damage to both the product and the respective packaging, and we will then ascertain whether or not the product is really defective.
In the event you have to send the product to the warehouse, Skylines of the World will bear the shipping costs. If the product in question proves to be defective, the User in question will be sent a new product or be refunded immediately.
1.2 - WRONG ORDERS
In the event you receive an order other than what you have purchased, you should contact info@skylineoftheworld.com within 48 hours of receiving the order and send us a clear image of all you have received with the respective reference numbers in the box and proof of payment and shipping. We will provide you with a solution after checking the content.
In the event you have to send the product to the warehouse, Skylines of the World will bear the shipping costs. If the order in question proves to be wrong, the User in question will be sent a new product or be refunded immediately.
The product must not have been used and must be in its original box with its respective labels.
1.3 - EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
In order to exchange or return a product, it must be sent back to the Skylines of the World offices. The deadline for any exchange or return is 14 days from the date on which the order is delivered. The product must not have been used and must be in its original box with its respective labels. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

1.4 - DEADLINE FOR THE PAYMENT OF REIMBURSEMENTS
Once the package has been returned to our offices or warehouse, it is processed before prior to the approval of said return. The product must be shipped within 48 hours of the order being delivered, must not have been used and must be in its original box with its respective labels.
If your return is approved, a full refund equal to the price of the merchandise will be issued within 14 business days and you will be notified of the transaction by mail. Once the refund has been issued, you can expect to receive it within a period of 5 to 10 business days.
